"Congrats on your incredibly different realization that gay people actually do have feelings and have a nice life."
In this volume of Heartstopper, the gang visits Paris on their school trip. Where Nick and Charlie are figuring out to tell people, they take one step by telling Charlie's friends. They also learn more about each other's challenges in their private life. On the other hand, Tao and Elle face their feelings for each other we get to know more about Tara and Darcy as they share their relationship story. Also, do the teachers on the trip seem close?
Another addition in the series, and it keeps getting cuter. This book takes us all the way to Paris, where Nick and Charlie are developing their relationship and telling more people about it. We also get to know about other queer committees through other characters' stories. This volume focuses on the issue faced by people to come out. How to tell, who to tell, all the issues are cover in this book. The Paris gang is one of my favorite and the way they support each other and share their problems is the best part of this volume. This book too ends in a way highlighting a major issue faced by Charlie. This series is a must-read for teenagers.
My Rating: 4.8/5
